Completed 20 day Full Body Cleanse. Awesome product! Was starting to get stiffness in knees and back. After about a week of being on the Full Body Cleanse, I had Less aches and pains. More energy, which mean ability to work out longer. I did this program with my BFF. She lost 20lbs while I lost 15lbs. Would definitely recommend especially if you are starting a weight loss program.
