I love this Mucus Formula! I'm currently a vegetarian who consumes cheese every now and then. When I do, phlegm tends to come up. I'll take 2 or 3 capsules about an hour after I have eaten something with cheese and the phlegm is gone! This also comes in handy when I eat a lot of mucus forming foods throughout the day. *

I become really anxious when Face and Body Oil runs out and the same goes for all of the others I own from Dherbs. These things are of such fine quality (all natural herbs), that when I use something else (until I reorder), I can smell and feel just how artificial those other products are, especially the pharmaceutical type. You just don't want to go back, because you become more aware of what you are absorbing into your body and how this will effect you in the long run. There is also an element of guilt.
