I had hypertension for 16 years. I went to my physician and she told me my cholesterol and glucose levels were elevated. So I told her I am not taking anymore medication and I decided to go this route. I no longer feel light headed or crave for sweet, my blood pressure have been under control and I feel like I am 20 years old. I no longer feel tired or weak. My whole mind, body and spirit feel different. I feel totally free and like a new person. I actually think better and people see the difference. I also lost 13 lbs which definitely needed to go. I want to thank my cousin Sharon for introducing me to a new life of healing and also my twin sister whom did the Full Body Cleanse with me and we encouraged and supported each other through our transition. I have done several of the Dherb’s cleanses and found the 10 Day Electric Green Combo Regimen of the easiest to complete with great results. I felt the cleanse effects immediately the first day I began, with increased energy, clearer thinking, and I lost 8 real pounds in the process. Well today makes 10 days of the Full Body Cleanse (I'm half way through now). I must admit the 1st couple of days were challenging but I see a major difference in my body, I feel healthy and I'm excited to see what the end results will be. Stay tuned for more results. P.S. It's informative, easy to understand and has excellent recipes for different types of foods, salad dressings, what foods to combine and not to combine, from suggested bath aids and oils, remedies to pains, pleasures, etc. Anyone that does the FBC, I highly recommend you get the E-book. It's well worth more than $10. Get it and you'll see. You learn that there are so many things that you need to change about your eating habits and even better so many things that will help you get the best results while performing the FBC. *

Circulation Aid is a good product to take for any circulation disorder. If I am experiencing poor circulation in my arms or legs, I just take 3 of these capsules.
