I will have completed the Full Body Cleanse in 2 days! I love this product. I have done other detox programs in the past that have cost twice as much as this product with less cleansing herbs and this by far has been the best experience. These herbs help curb your appetite and cravings. You will still have them but not to the point where you cannot turn anything down. Be prepared for the challenging times by having your raw food on hand and by eating prior to attending any events. You will NOT want anything outside of the raw fruits and veggies. You will not feel weak, as I have in the past with other detox programs, nor will you need a protein supplement, as I have with other programs. I don't know how he did it but he did and we get the benefits! I am so in love with this product, I will definitely do a detox every 6 months. I love detoxing, seriously, you feel better. This time I will not be eating many of the things I have eaten in the past. I don't feel good after eating meat, I sleep longer, and I don't eliminate properly. This time I will eat only organic fish and maybe some chicken on occasion. I know what Dherbs would say about that but hopefully soon I will be able to live my life free of all meat (poison). The Menstrual Cycle Tea is highly recommended during that time of the month. I had started taking this tea 4 days before my cycle started and during my cycle and noticed a great reduction in cramps and overall headaches. I took 2 tea bags during the morning while at work and 1 before bedtime. I even noticed that my cycle was not as heavy as before. I am very quite impressed!!! Usually before my cycle starts I break out with a pimple on top of my forehead, (always in a different spot but still on top of my forehead) that did not happen at all. My personal suggestion is to take a nice warm bath before bedtime and a cup of this tea to help you sleep through the night. Every time I feel a little cramp coming on towards the end of my cycle, I take the tea as well. Thanks so much! I will never be without it and will highly recommend this to other females. I usually detox in the fall because I am a teacher and want to have a strong immune system. The Full Body Cleanse is the best I have used so far. I was at first afraid that I'd be tired all the time because I wouldn't be able to stick my diet but I had plenty of energy. Even going to the gym everyday wasn't an issue. I will use this detox every year and definitely try the other products. *

I recently visited my Dentist to have my teeth cleanse and he told me that I have bleeding gums. He wanted me to fill a prescription for Chlorhexidien Gluconate oral Rinse. I returned to the Dentist after using the tooth powder for only 5 days and my Dentist said my gum were doing much better. I didn't tell him I wasn't using the chemical mouth wash he wanted me to get.
