I was a bit skeptical at first, as are most people trying something new for the first time. I stepped out on faith and I've never been happier, the Full Body Cleanse worked wonders. I lost about 8 1/2 pounds during my first 10 days and 15 pounds overall. More importantly I realized what I was doing to my body before, and learned how to make wiser food choices. Vitamins and minerals are so vital to good nutrition. I know I don't always eat the best so I would take multi-vitamin supplements. The only thing is, soon after taking them I would find the dark yellow / orange pee in the toilet so I knew they weren't doing any good (and besides, my liver and kidneys were having to flush all this junk out!) I have looked to Dherbs for help several times before so it was only natural for me to look to them for a good multi-vitamin. I have been taking the Multi-vitamins and Minerals now for about 1 1/2 weeks. Not only are they completely absorbed in my body (no evidence in the toilet!), my husband has told me he can tell a difference in my complexion, that it looks healthier. That says a lot to me! For a while, my naturopath had me on vitamin B injections. I would always get sick after receiving them. I was looking for a more natural form so of course I looked to DHerbs and was not disappointed. I absolutely agree that the only form of vitamins we put in our body should be those the body can digest. I know these vitamin B pills are getting into my body.
