This is probably the most underrated product on this site. The information in this diet manual is invaluable. Everything from diet suggestions, to recipes, to information on safe and healthy products, to reading material (which I think is the most valuable part). Anytime I have a question about my diet or a product, I use this manual. This is not just a alternative diet book, but truly a healthy lifestyle manual. *

After using another product for 6-months (including breaks), the Colon & Digestive Tract by far raises the bar on any product out there! For the first time in too many years I am consistent and clean (2, 3 or 4 times a day). The reality is, whatever I eat (while drinking sufficient clean water), I release with ease and no alarming smell. Even though it took a full 30-days before I became consistent, I must say the other product NEVER brought me to a state of consistent bowel movements. Go figure??? Any Who .. thank you Dherbs!
