I tried as many recipes as I could but I have a nut allergy & there was nothing listed to use as a substitute. I was able to identify systems very fast by reading this and adjust swiftly to minimize any discomfort I may have experienced. Seems to be working well! While I still do not have good eating habits, while trying to go vegetarian and eventually, hopefully, vegan - this vegan protein is what I need!
