Joint Aid definitely works. I had trigger finger to my right thumb which was very painful. This cured it. I take it daily. I think I would do even better if my diet was anti-inflammatory. *

I have to say the Full Body Cleanse is great! I wasn't too happy about having to take all the pills but I dealt with it lol. I felt so much better after changing my diet as well.
