The menstrual cycle tea is one of several products I’ve tried from Dherbs over the past few years, and as always, it met my expectations. I began drinking a cup every night 4-5 days prior to starting my period. The flavor is mild and tastes great with honey and lemon. From the moment I started menstruating, I was plagued with terrible dysmenorrhea for several years, with severe pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Upon discovering Dherbs menstrual cycle formula, it was the thing that drastically shifted the suffering I experienced every month. So this menstrual cycle tea just helped to take things up a notch. My pain levels were minimal (considering where they had once been). I also noticed that my period was lighter overall. I did not see a reduction in the number of days, but it slowed down significantly earlier than usual. I noticed no breast tenderness prior to starting. I was less bloated and took less over the counter painkillers. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this tea and will keep it in my arsenal for ultimately combating all period symptoms. *

I split my order with my mom and she enjoys this as well. The dentist told me i needed 3 root canals - out of the blue. Never had a reason to not trust them but this was so off. I used this tooth powder and there was no need for any root canals! I use to go to the dentist every 3 months which is 4x a year and now I'm only going every 6 months for 2x a year! I'm keeping this on hand. It lasts for a while. *

I turned 40y/o & that's when I started having irregular periods. They would be as short as 1 day up to as long as 3 months. Docs had ran every test that you can think of & everything came back normal and can't explain why I can fill up a "after child birth" pad within 1 to 2hrs.
