Before taking the Full Body Cleanse I weighed 235 pounds. My total cholesterol was 240 and the doctor wanted to put me on medication. I can't! It's time to take charge. I was swollen, lacked energy, irritable, not sleeping, had joint pain, and overall just didn't feel good. I decided to cleanse to get a jump start to a healthier lifestyle. As of the date of this review, I have three more days to go and it has changed my life. Within the first week, I released 4 pounds and there was an immediate change in my sleeping and I felt results. I adhered to the eating regimen 100% and I incorporated 3-4 mile walks several times a week. I have not experienced any swelling or joint pains. I did a weight check a few days in and was down 6 pounds. I won't weight again until Sunday, but pictures are evidence that transformation occurred. Because the initial cleanse was just what I needed, I've decided to transition into the Weight Release Cleanse to maximize my goals. The Facebook support group and the recipes are amazing! I selected the uterus cleanse because of my issues with fibroids. I've had two surgeries to remove fibroids and they still grow back. The cleanse and raw diet had many benefits. I slept better. My allergies when away and I didn't have to take clariton/zurtec daily. My skin glowed and my nails grew long and thick. I don't really like following a completely raw plan because I am not as discipline as I need to be to maintain it and prepare. I haven't been to the doctor about my fibroids but I do feel much more comfort in that area. I am interested in figuring out what I can continue on a daily basis.
