I’ve lost 14 pounds in 20 days! I tried my best to stay raw but on day 15, I started grilling my veggies. I sticked to the vegan diet throughout the Full Body Cleanse and now after the cleanse I’ve become a full on vegetarian. In the next few months I will work towards cutting out dairy. The cleanse made me realize I have a sensitivity to dairy and it is the reason I break out in cystic acne. I also recommend using the hair and nails supplements. I had mucus for over 2 years that I could not get rid of, not even Mucinex help.
