I selected the uterus cleanse because of my issues with fibroids. I've had two surgeries to remove fibroids and they still grow back. The cleanse and raw diet had many benefits. I slept better. My allergies when away and I didn't have to take clariton/zurtec daily. My skin glowed and my nails grew long and thick. I don't really like following a completely raw plan because I am not as discipline as I need to be to maintain it and prepare. I haven't been to the doctor about my fibroids but I do feel much more comfort in that area. I am interested in figuring out what I can continue on a daily basis. During these interesting times, my health is more important to me than ever. *

I just completed the 20 Full Body Cleanse, Hallelujah! I did it. I had been hearing about the DHerbs cleanse for years and kept putting it off. But when I recently heard the CEO say an interview that we can carry as much as 25 lbs of undigested waste, I knew then it was time. I was tired of eating yall, tired of food, tired of experiencing bloating and decided to listen to my body telling me enough already. My primary goal was to cleanse the body, to rid myself of the bloating I was experiencing. I wanted to cleanse, reset and turn the page on a healthier lifestyle. I did loose 10lbs. over 20 days not bad. I weighed myself every morning and kept a log. But I really just wanted to feel better. I will admit, I didn’t realize that it was a raw food diet until it arrived in the mail but it didn’t matter, I was ready. I had my doubts as to whether or not I would make it through with all those capsules (30 a day) but to my surprise it wasn’t bad. I honestly enjoyed the cleanse, it was a real investment but I figure I am worth it. The recipes were a lifesaver. If it wasn’t for the recipes on the website I would have struggled throughout the cleanse and probably dropped out so they were a real plus. The company was helpful and supportive. I had to call once and customer service was excellent. It took discipline but I enjoyed the process, the investment of giving my body nutrients fresh fruits and vegetables every day was rewarding. I could see the results like immediately. During the cleanse I experienced lots of energy, clearer skin, elevated mood, I felt good, an internal sense of wellness. I did engage in exercise, I walked 2 miles a day. I did drink lots of alkaline water 1/2 of my body weight. Elimination was fun lol, the activated charcoal that you drink at bedtime held down the smell of any gases during elimination. I didn’t think I would enjoy eating raw but it was refreshing. I felt my body saying thank you, with every bite of food or sip of smoothie. Cravings for junk food gone, coffee, ugh! The only thing I would add is more crunchy foods. I’m a chip kinda girl and my crunch wasn’t satisfied. So I ate a lot of honey crisp apples. I’ve continued with the raw food diet and will checkout the vegan recipes on the website. I highly recommend the cleanse to anyone who wants to give their body a break and jumpstart into a fresh new healthier lifestyle. Again, I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanse and will definitely incorporate it into my top of the year agenda. DHerbs you are a keeper. Thank you. Can’t wait to try some of your other products. *

Athletic Boost did not disappoint! I need an additional boost during my workouts without a bunch of chemicals. I have tried workout powders but the crash from all the chemicals caused me to stop using them. It wasn't good health wise. Immediately I felt the difference in my energy levels as well as my ability to keep up with the fitness instructor and have a positive attitude while working out. I felt mentally and physically good during and after my workout without a crash. After working out, I had energy levels that assisted me in doing chores around the house, etc. I felt great and continue to feel great. I am on my second bottle now, and am ordering another.
