I’m very pleased with this cleanse! I felt like it was very effective. I felt better today. I completed the Full Body Cleanse and I didn’t have cravings upon completion of the cleanse. I will say that you have to be very disciplined on this cleanse! The only complaint is the amount of capsules per day. It can be daunting especially when you work from home with children. I definitely want to do the cleanse again soon! Maybe next month. One of the best things about the cleanse is the booklet! The booklet was so helpful and I will definitely continue to refer to it for regular use! I’m looking forward to doing this cleanse again! *

I really love this spray. Facial Astringent Spray feels very fresh on my skin. It has a nice light natural smell. I purchased it to replace my toner in my skincare routine. I use it each time I wash my face with organic cotton pads. Sometimes I do just use it as a spritz however. My skin is looking clearer, more rested and has a natural glow that I love! *

Blood & Lymphatic worked wonders. My lymph nodes used to swell all the time if I used the wrong deodorant or soap with chemicals but they haven’t swollen again since I purchased this supplement. Hadn’t been coughing from pollen and allergies either and what I found strange is that my feet swell from not keeping my salt intake balanced. This flushes your blood if you take after eating to flush salt. I noticed after taken it for about a week, while eating a few veggies, the swelling goes completely away even if you eat other unhealthy foods. I’m not trying to persuade anyone to eat healthy, but it’s best to, in moderation. Overall, great product. *

The herbs are amazing and easy to take. They are small and not hard to swallow. I felt natural energy and clarity, I slept better and after the 3rd day on the herbs, I stopped having heart palpitations and bleeding and spotting! Didn't care for the charcoal, but it's not horrible, just remember to follow up with some warm water or tea to get that chalky feeling out of your throat. Overall, I am excited to do the Full Body Cleanse for a second time!!! *
