Purchased the Full Body Cleanse as an additional step in my journey to optimum health. I had an amazing time on this cleanse. I feel I must say this first though, I had already begun transitioning to an entirely raw diet composed mostly of fruits over the past 3 months so eating raw and taking the supplements wasn't as difficult for me as it would be for someone who eats mostly cooked foods. This cleanse just seemed like the next step on my journey from plant based to raw plant based.
