I’m a little disappointed with myself I lost 12lbs. I’m sure I would have lost more if I stayed focus but it requires discipline and I didn’t get serious until I was 13 days in. I hadn’t lost any weight the struggle of becoming vegan is real and hard but once I lost the 12lbs I was motivated. I have continued I will cleanse twice a year with this weight release cleanse. I’m looking forward to my next cleanse the raw veggies really tore my stomach up so it was hard to eat properly while working 12hour shifts in a Emergency room. *
