So far I love the Full Body Cleanse. I feel better eating raw foods and I'm looking better just by eating Whole Foods. I am going to the bathroom more than I used to. Let me cut to the chase here- Female Hormonal works. I started having premenstrual symptoms after 4 days on the product. And that is because I only took one pill a day for the first two days, to be cautious. But when I increased it to three as prescribed on the bottle my period came. Previous to taking this herb combo, I had not seen my period for six months. So for 6 months, I had no period and these horrible hot flashes. I had to avoid certain foods or the flashes would flare up. Now I still avoid certain foods, but I can occasionally have some of the things I use to eat. But the next thing I am going to do is get a diet plan going to optimize my health. Because you can take these pills. They get the party started again. But I think it helps to watch your diet too. *

Amazing cleanse for when we need a fresh start after eating horribly. After the third day it will become easier and more tolerable. You can workout but I personally wouldn't over do it. This will be my 3rd time doing the Full Body Cleanse. Stay focus and you will see results. *

I like this product for how it makes me feel. This is the only product that does what it supposed to do if you follow the instructions. Definitely helps with bloating, cravings and my skin. I travel a lot which can be a challenge otherwise it’s great. This time I determined to complete the Full Body Cleanse all the way even with my irregular schedule. *

My Doctor informed me after she took my blood work that my THYROID function was not balanced. I purchased Thyroid Aid and started using it, at least, once a week and within the next visit when my blood work was checked again, she stated that my Thyroid function is doing MUCH better.
