I love this intestinal cleanser. I take it daily as a gentle cleanser. I use it along with my diet and exercise program. It is great also as a gentle relaxer. No cramping or bloating. *

On day 3, I felt a little dizzy from the diet change but overall very the Substance Cleanse was effective and beneficial. I plan to do another one & stay on the vegan diet. *
