I really did not know what to expect with the belly stick. But I found that it is interestingly enough tingling and works! I use it when I work out or use it at night and I definitely use it underneath my corset. I think I’m gonna put this under auto renew I’m almost out. There’s no odd smell. Follow the instructions but I also found that wearing it all day while being active and then wipe it off, that works well too. *

Brain Booster Tea has a good flavor. It helped me to focus and not be so scatter brained. It is very calming. *
