I simply loved the Full Body Cleanse. In fact I am now leading a totally vegan lifestyle. My health is just better I have more energy now than I did before and I do not miss meat at all. Nor did I feel hungry on the cleanse. I recommend it to anyone that needs to jump start their health this is the way to do it. Stop over thinking it and JUST DO IT! Your body will thank you. I lost 35 lbs on the cleanse I am doing another cleanse in a few weeks. I totally recommend doing the cleanse. I have my friends doing it now. *

The weight release cleanse is awesome. I did this cleanse right after the Full Body Cleanse and the results were awesome. I plan to do both cleanses twice a year. *

So, I saw the Full Body Cleanse on Steve Harvey and thought, why not? I was a little nervous about the diet- sticking to it- but after day two I wasn't craving anything. It is an absolutely awesome cleanse. You can literally feel it working. I lost 14 lbs in 20 days and got compliments on how great my skin was looking. I did find it extremely helpful that I was doing it with a good friend/co-worker. There are just a lot of pills to take and having someone be like "Hey did you take your Cardiovascular yet?" We both had reminders set on our phones for each set, but you can't always excuse yourself to take it when your reminders go off, so I recommend doing it with a friend if you have a hectic daily schedule. I am going to do this cleanse again and again and I HIGHLY recommend it! *
