I lost 41.5 lbs on my first 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. My best friend has completed the 10-day Full Body Cleanse Express, and is in the process of completing the 20-day Pancreas Cleansing and her husband has completed two 20-Day Full Cleanses and is now on the 20-Day Weight Loss Cleanse. MSM Sulfur works well. I was having pain in my knees/joints. After taking the sulfur supplement I'm feeling better and able to bend knees without any pain. *

I lost close to 40lbs from the Full Body Cleanse. Once I got through the first week, I felt a consistent flow of energy and overall feeling of wellness.
