I tried the 20 day Full Body Cleanse last August to lose weight for a class reunion. I lost 12 pounds in all and 1 full size going from a 9/10 to a 7/8. I felt great...I noticed a change in my clothing right away. I stuck with the plan for the most part but did eat some brown rice and steamed vegetables every now and then just because I wanted something warm to eat. I also ate regular dressing on my salads but very very little. I am sure I probably would have lost about 15 pounds had I followed the plan to the letter. It is now March 1 and I am about to do the cleanse again because I ate what I wanted for Thanksgiving and Christmas and everyday in between LOL so I gained a few pounds back.
