I am using most of your Diabetes related Herbs, but I have found that I could not control my sugar cravings without the use of large amounts of Vitamin B-12. Isn't there anyway you could prepare an Herbal preparation of Vitamin B-12 ? I have tried your B Vitamin Complex product and it did not do what I wanted.

I'm a 38-year-old male who has been suffering with Atrial Fibrillation for 3 years. Up until the age of 35 I never had any real illness that had any caused for concern, and then out of the blue I have a heart related issue.
