My boyfriend and I both completed the Full Body Cleanse. We were so happy with the results that three other friends have done it as well. My boyfriend lost 22 lbs and I lost 8 lbs. I am completing the last two days of the Full Body Cleanse, I am very pleased with the results I have experienced. Although, I did not drop as much weight like other customers (probably because i struggled with all raw diet), there were so many other benefits I did notice: better sleep, more energy in the morning and throughout the day, increased endurance during runs and the ability to take on hills I previously could not run, issues with summer allergies disappeared, clearer, smoother, and softer skin.
