I have tried most of the over counter remedies and have even incorporated more fruits and green veggies to my diet, this all helped a little, but nothing major. I just started the 20 day Full Body Cleanse and I am on day 5. I weighed myself in the morning before I took my first solution. I weighed myself today in the beginning of day 5 and I am down 6 1/2 pounds, I do not feel bloated and my stomach has gone down. I thought eating a completely raw food diet would be impossible but I have found many items in the natural grocery stores that make it easier. I also started working out regular again this week, I have energy and after the second day I did not feel deprived of food or hungry. I will check-in again in a week. Wish me luck staying strong. *
