4 days on the Full Body Cleanse and I am already down 8 pounds. I was never a raw vegetable type of a person, so I have been juicing all of my fruits and vegetables. I don't feel hungry at all. In fact, I had a migraine for about 3 weeks straight prior to starting. None of my medications were working for me. I was eating my migraine medications like candy. Neither a visit to the ER nor a doctor's visit with 2 injections completely took the migraines away. I feel great today. No pain at all. You have to be very strong to make it through the Full Body Cleanse and must get rid of any negative thoughts lol. It probably wouldn't have been so hard if I didn't work at Wendy's or have 3 children to cook for. I did have one slip though. I released 22 pounds without exercising. Could have lost more I believe if I had exercise. I took a two week break in between this and the Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen. I am currently on day 8 and I had one slip smh..... I have released 8 pounds so far. I am currently exercising with two of the biggest loser dvd's. Good luck! *

I am on my week 2 of the Full Body Cleanse and I lost 18.5 pounds and I feel great. I really was hesitant on doing this for the cost, but it was worth the cost to get me back on track to a healthy body and spirit.
