This mucus supplement is an excellent product, I cannot believe how much mucus keeps coming out of my mouth and nose. I decided to change my diet, and eat more vegetables, fruits, seeds, and almost no meat and dairy. Mucus Formula is the best. *

I have learned a lot over the years about the proper way to eat. However, for some stupid reason I don't always practice what I know. I am 44 years old and I don't want to fall victim to the "Big 3" diseases that my people tend to have (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease). I believe that I can prevent these things. I had been reading through the dherbs website for a couple months when I decided that it was time for the ful body detox. I just wanted to rid my system of accumulated toxins, waste, undigested food, etc. My main concern was that I would lose too much weight. I am already slim and I did not want to get too thin. Well, I read what you wrote about the body's wisdom and how it would only eliminate unhealthy weight and that I didn't have to worry. So, I believed in you and went for it! I felt so good during the process! I usually drink a cup of coffee a day. Of course during the detox I did not. I had a caffeine headache on the first day and it never came back. My Full Body Cleanse detox was from January 30 to February 19. Not only did I break my coffee addiction, but I felt great! I thought I would feel more of the symptoms of "sickness" that you mention in the literature, but I only felt energized, alert, and light! I started working out again during this process. I hadn't run in many years and during my health assessment I was told that my cardio was weak. I took the assessment before starting the detox. Probably a week and a half into my detox I walked/ran 3 miles on the treadmill non stop - 2 miles running! I could have gone longer too! I had so much energy. When I woke up in the morning, I rose up out of bed refreshed. I never felt groggy. I never felt sleepy in the afternoon at work like I usually do. I have continued my fresh fruit juicing (smoothies) in the morning with coconut milk and I have not had any coffee nor do I want any. As for the weight, I only lost around 5 pounds. Now I weigh 120. I'm 5'5" so that is a good weight for me. Eating fresh fruits, raw veggies, and raw nuts and drinking distilled and alkaline water kept my hunger satisfied, kept my system flowing, kept me energized and alert, and I had an overall feeling of well being and peace. I'm so glad I did it and I plan to make it an annual practice! I shared your website with many people as I went through the detox.
