I just completed the Full Body Cleanse. It was much easier to stick to raw foods, nuts and fruits for the entire 3 weeks than I anticipated. I did not experience any hunger cravings. After three days on the formula, I felt great, full of energy and clarity. My hair as grown 2.5 inches (my hairstylist wanted to know what I was doing). I did not use the formula for hair growth, but it is definitely a benefit. I can't wait to do the Full Body Cleanse again. This will become part of my health plan twice a year.
