Today is my last day of the Full Body Cleanse! I couldn’t really tell a difference in energy at all, but I did notice a beneficial difference when it came to going to the bathroom. I must admit, I did cheat a little, for breakfast I ate oatmeal and toast a few times while doing the Detox. I will be doing it again, and this time ONLY fruits and veggies. *

The first time I did the Full Body Cleanse was pretty hard. The raw food diet was a big adjustment for me. But I did it and I am so glad I did. I lost almost 20lbs and was forced to think about the foods I put in my body. I try to do it every 6 months. The second time I did it was much easier. I made sure I had the foods I needed (fruits for smoothies, vegetables, nuts and raisins, etc) ready and available. I would recommend this product 100% if you are serious about cleansing your body. *

I did not have my monthly cycle unless I took birth control pills. I have been this way for many years. February of this year, I stopped taking birth control pills. Herbal H Formula does what it says it does. I felt a hemorrhoid coming on, so I started taking 2 of these before bed, combined with some charcoal. It did the trick. *
