Well, looking at my #'s from the Dr and everything seems OK. *

The Full Body Cleanse was a relatively easy cleanse. I was prepared with raw foods - prepped and ready to eat. I did lose about 6 pounds, not as significant a weight loss as I had hoped for, but I do feel more energy and less lethargy than when I started the cleanse, so all in all, it was a good experience. Just be prepared! If you think about food, it's much more difficult. Make eating a mindless activity by having salad and dressings, smoothie sets and cut fruit, nut butters and fresh juice sets all ready to eat, prepared ahead so you can grab and go. Good Luck! *

I generally take it in the morning and I can tell you I have the ability assist my clients more proficiently. I purchased the Lungs & Respiratory Tea in June received it in July and was affected by covid late August. I really think this tea helped keep my lungs from being as bad as possible. So I'm ordering a second batch for my mother and I. I'll probably be getting the supplement capsules soon. *

This was my first time doing the Full Body Cleanse and it was hard, but as time went on, it got easier. Going raw takes some time. *

Iron Tea is good with the stevia but would have been better without it. *

The Bowel Motion Tea did what I expected it to do, it had a wonderful taste. *

This tea is great! Most weight loss teas do not taste good! I can drink this tea without adding any sweeteners plus lose weight while maintaining a healthy diet. *

The Full Body Cleanse was definitely a four-star. I have done full body cleanses before, but I think this one was different from the rest. It felt stronger. As of today with two days left I’m down 26 pounds. *
