I've ordered the Full Body Cleanse in the past and as long as you follow the course, you will see results. It was tough for me in the beginning but after a few days it became easier. I am more mentally prepared this time around so I am looking forward to the results!! I have also been trying different recipes that are posted on the website. The ones that I've tried are very tasty and you cannot even tell that some of them are meatless. *

Bowel Motion works great. I take it every night and it ensures that I empty my bowels in the morning. I 100% recomend it! *

Today is day 20 of the Full Body Cleanse (FBC). It has done for me what I was hoping. It has given my body and mind the opportunity to identify some eating and lifestyle habits, which have been extremely detrimental to my health and happiness. This 20-day period, has allowed to begin the process of letting go of some terrible conditioning and create some better eating habits. It's been enlightening! I've lost fifteen pounds. By changing my eating and portion habits, I also lost fifteen pounds in the three weeks preceding the start of the FBC. While I have been a twice-a-day salad eater, I do appreciate the plentiful recipes Dherbs has on its site. Going forward, I will draw from them very often. I plan to do the FBC semi-annually or annually. The facebook group has provided support, led by Axel Hart, who has been very supportive and responsive to members' needs. Creating a checklist for prospective clients would help their experience. Starting with caffeine. So many people are addicted to coffee/caffeine. So many members complained of having headaches and other symptoms, which may have been withdrawal symptoms. This will help prospective clients ready themselves for the process and would also remove some doubt as to your product being the cause. That's always a good thing to do. I heard the commercials on the radio for months and thought nothing of it. After gaining so much weight during the quarantine and gyms being closed in New York due to Covid I had to do something to shed this weight. Finally I ordered the Full Body Cleanse to rid my body of the enormous amount of junk food I had been eating. I have just finished the 10-day cleanse today. I am a type 2 diabetic, and I wanted to eliminate and cleanse my body from the medicines that I have been taking for so long. While I was a little disappointed that I did not lose any weight (but I did not gain either) since I followed the eating plan to the letter, I know enough that there are other factors to be considered. I weigh myself three times a week, M, W, and F. Today was the last day, and I felt like I had lost weight. My scale measures not only weight but BMI, water, muscle, bone density, and fat. My fat has gone down, my water intake is up, my muscle mass is up, and my BMI is declining, my energy level is also up. I can exercise for a longer duration and intensity. I do know that muscle burns fat, so I am encouraged by that. So I will now try the 20-day cleanse to continue on this path of improving my health. Slow and steady wins the race. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse. Immediately after using it I ordered another 20 day cleanse so that I would have it for my fasting times. I use the cleanse as a form of fasting. Being a Child of God, Pastor fasting is a part of my lifestyle there is no healthier way to do this except using DHerbs Cleanse.
