This bar is filling. It has a great taste. Surprisingly, it doesn’t taste like peanuts or peanut butter. The flavor is more oatish. They do a good job with making the various seeds mesh into this bar. I like the buttery flavor and the hint of sweet. I will definitely be purchasing again. And I always make sure I freeze them and pull them out as I need them. I can tell a difference in the consistency when they sit out. *

I give this product a four star rating. My reasoning for doing this is that it wasn’t bad but it did not have the texture feel that I had experience with the other bars I tried at the same type. Like I said it wasn’t bad but the texture wasn’t as smooth in my mouth and left me with more of an heavy feeling instead of a crisp bright taste. It’s strange but I find myself wanting more water after eating this bar and I felt that it did not digest as well as the other flavor of the that I have tried. It was a little heavy am I opinion but it did not leave me with the thick chalky taste that I have found and other nutrition bars mean with peanut butter. *
