If a true cleanse causes fatigue, chills, fever, sweats - and they should, the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse definitely works! I probably won't start again while working, but if able to relax and meditate most days would be best. I feel confident my liver and pancreas are better off now, as well as my digestion. I really enjoyed the Weight Release Cleanse. It did just what it says. On top of the cleansing I felt great. I lost a total of 13 lbs. I know it could have been more but I got off track a little, but I will definitely be doing it again after the holidays.
