Does using 3/4 tsp of senna powder with 1tsp of Metamucil cause weight gain? I have been doing this regime for over 5 years every morning. My intestinal health is wonderful----and although I have ridiculous eating habits and have now started exercising properly at the age of 42, I was wondering could this have contributed. I am an uncircumcised male 42 years old and I have this problem with this smell and mottling of the head of my penis. I haven't went to the doctor yet, but have tried anti fungal creams and washing several times a day, but after I urinate, I start to marinate (smell). I am trying to help a pregnant woman with cholestasis of pregnancy (buildup of bile acids in the mother's blood). She is due in 6 weeks and they are threatening to induce her because of the danger to the baby. I came across a treatment using 1 T of charcoal every hour. I am just trying to get some more input as to whether this is okay to do. Could there be any problems with this?

I was wondering if you would approve of a protein shake that consist of raw hemp protein powder, raw almond butter, sea salt, flax seed, 100% young coconut water & meat inside the coconut, raw carob powder, optional soy or rice milk or soy or rice cream?
